Schedule - FRIDAY, August 1

Friday 5 PM – 10 PM (Food Service Stops at 8 PM)

MEALS (All meals include 2 sides of your choice)
Ćevap sandwich – Five ćevaps (skinless sausages) made from a combination of beef and pork with a blend of 22 spices, service with diced onions.
Kobasica – Two Serbian style pork sausages grilled and drizzled with a flavorful cognac sauce.
Lamb shanks – A lamb shank that is slow braised in a well-seasoned red wine sauce.
SIDES
Serbian rice – White rice cooked with tomato sauce, sautéed onions, and red and yellow peppers.
Serbian potato salad – Boiled new potatoes thinly sliced, mixed with thin red onions, green onions, salt, pepper, and a vinegar-oil blend.
Serbian slaw – Shredded cabbage tossed with think red onions and diced green peppers, dressed in a vinegar and oil-based dressing.
DESSERTS
Serbian torta – Layers of nuts and whipped egg whites covered with a milk-chocolate icing and topped with ground nuts.
Palačinke – A light and delicious crepe served with jam.
Baklava – Layers of phyllo dough, ground nuts, sugar and cinnamon, baked to golden brown and covered with a sugar-water mixture.
Serbian cookies – A good sampling of Serbian cookies served in a container.

Saturday 12 PM – 10 PM (Food Service Stops at 8 PM)
Sunday 12 PM – 6 PM 

MEALS
SerbFest Combo – A combination of one sarma, kobasica and ćevap.
Ćevaps – Five ćevaps (skinless sausages) made from a combination of beef and pork with a blend of 22 spices, service with diced onions.
Kobasica – Two Serbian style pork sausages grilled and drizzled with a flavorful cognac sauce.
Sarma – Ground chuck and pork mixed with sautéed onions, white rice and spices, all wrapped in a tender cabbage leaf.
Lamb shanks – A lamb shank that is slow braised in a well-seasoned red wine sauce.
Roasted pig – Young piglet slowly cooked over an open fire.
SIDES
Serbian rice – White rice cooked with tomato sauce, sautéed onions, and red and yellow peppers.
Serbian potato salad – Boiled new potatoes thinly sliced, mixed with thin red onions, green onions, salt, pepper, and a vinegar-oil blend.

PITE/PIE
Spinach pita – Spinach, egg and a four-cheese mix baked in phyllo dough.
Cheese pita – Eggs and a four-cheese mix baked in phyllo dough.
Apple pita – Fresh apples with a hint of sugar and cinamon wrapped and baked in homemade thinly stretched dough.
DESSERTS
Uštipci (Serbian doughnuts) -Serbian doughnuts made with lemon zest and vanilla, fried and sprinkled with sugar.
