SerbFest Combo
A combination of one Sarma, Kobasica, and Cevap.

Cevaps
(5) Cevaps (Serbian skinless sausages) made from a combination of beef and pork with a blend of 22 spices, served with diced onions.

Kobasica
(2) Serbian-style pork sausages grilled and drizzled with a flavorful cognac sauce.

Sarma
Ground chuck and pork mixed with sautéed onions, white rice, and Serbian spices, all wrapped in a tender cabbage leaf.

Lamb Shank
Lamb shank is slow-simmered in a delectable sauce enhanced with sauvignon wine. The flavorful sauce perfectly complements the lamb shank

Cevap Sandwich
On pita bread with lettuce, tomatoes, onion,  cevaps, feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce.

Serbian Slaw
Shredded cabbage tossed with thin red onions and diced green peppers, dressed in a vinegar-oil Italian dressing.

Serbian Potato Salad
Boiled new potatoes, thinly sliced, mixed with thin red onions, green onions, salt, pepper, and a vinegar-oil blend.

Spinach Pita
Spinach, egg, and a four-cheese mix baked in phyllo dough.

Gibanica (Cheese) Pita
Eggs and a four-cheese mix baked in phyllo dough.

Serbian Torta
Layers of nuts and whipped egg whites covered with a milk-chocolate icing and topped with ground nuts.

Baklava
Layers of phyllo dough, ground nuts, sugar, and cinnamon, baked to a golden brown and covered with a sugar-water mixture.

Palačinke

Serbian style crepe filled with strawberry jam or Nutella.
